Warranty and Refund Policy:
- Motorna warranty is two years based on date of purchase
- This Warranty does not cover any defect arising due to misuse of the unit, humidity or liquid ingress, or external or internal breakage, will not be covered nor treated under Warranty.
- Customer can request to return and refund in 3 days after delivery, except in respect of opened packaging or missing label was attached on the cover edge, and customer is responsible on return shipping.
- Refund and return is not accepted in case the issue was on device readings, like temperature, fuel or battery readings. Since readings work relying on car type not a flaw in the device.
- Refund and return is considered only in case of Tracking or History issue.
- For all purchases made either by cash or credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank account within 10 to 15 working days. (if payment was processed on cash, we will contact the customer to send the amount to his bank account)
- For warranty, refund or cancellation services, promptly contact Motorna customer service and open a ticket so you get an assistance as soon as possible, through one of these channels in Sunday-Thursday, 8:00am-10:00pm:

- The delivery will be between 1 and 6 days
- Customer can edit his order details without any extra charges only before the order been processed.
- Customer have the right to ask for replacement in case of Damage or occurred in transit
- It is not considered a mistake by the company when there is a delay or the order is not received in the event
- Incomplete contact information filled by the customer.
- Customer did not attend the call during the delivery period.
- Order will not be submitted to the customer if he didn’t pay the complete shipment fees.
- In the event that the commodity is returned, the amount is returned to the customer via bank deposit, not cash.
