Warranty policy and return policy:
The duration warranty of the motorna device is a full two years starting from the purchase date.
This warranty does not cover any defect caused by the misuse of the device, moisture, fluid entry, or external or internal fracture, and will not be covered or treated under the warranty.
Return is allowed within 3 days, provided that the outer cover is in its original condition without destroying the stamp of the product on the edge of the box cover, as the customer bears return fees.
Some types of vehicles may not support all the characteristics of our advanced motorna device, such as the device's readings (reading the temperature of the vehicle, gasoline or battery) depending on the vehicle system, this case is not fair as a problem with the device and does not guarantee in the replacement or recovery policy, either in the event that the problems are in the tracking or the trips record only.

The recovery or return of the amount is accepted if there is a problem with tracking or just trips.
The purchase amount will be recovered directly to the bank account within 10 to 15 working days. (In the event that the purchase is cash, the customer will be contacted to transfer the amount to his personal bank account)
